When placing an international order with Seababe, please note that your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges required by the destination country.

These additional fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer receiving the order. International shipments from Seababe LTD are sent under a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) arrangement, meaning that any applicable customs charges must be paid by the recipient upon arrival.

Customs fees and import regulations vary depending on the destination country and are determined by local authorities. Seababe is unable to calculate or provide estimates for these charges. Customers may contact their local customs office or shipping provider for further information.

If required customs fees are not paid, the shipment may experience delays, be refused, or be returned to the sender. Seababe is not responsible for any costs, delays, or losses resulting from unpaid customs charges.

For exchange orders, customers remain responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may apply to the replacement item.
